Substitution of any design/colour balloons and boxand other colour as shown flowers may be necessary to ensure your order arrives ontime. Delivery made in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor only. Orders MUST comein at least THREE- FOUR working days in advance prior to delivery date. We do not accept cancellations for balloons delivery, short notice of bubble balloon arrangement and we do not accept bubble balloon order during peak festive season i.e valentine’s day and mother’s day, chinese new year.
