Weekdays
- Any order received before 10.30am, the delivery will be made on the same day.
- Any order received after 10.30am, we will try to deliver on the same day if not the delivery will be made on the following working days.
Weekends & Public Holidays
- Any order received before 10.30am on Saturday, delivery will be made on the same day.
- Any order received after 10.30am on Saturday, we will deliver on the upcoming Monday.
- If your delivery date’s fall on Malaysia Public Holidays, the delivery will be made on the next working day.
Operational Hours
- Our operation hours is based on Malaysia local time (GMT +08:00).
- Monday – Friday: 9am – 5pm
- Saturday : 9am – 12pm (Alternate Saturday Off)
- Sunday & Public Holidays : Closed
Important Notice :
- The delivery is only for fresh flowers or fruits arrangement (Perishable goods) within Klang Valley, ourstations, Sabah & Sarawak. Delivery for Artificial flowers will require at least 3 working days and we accept orders within Klang Valley only.
- Outstation and Overseas order are not acceptable.
Our delivery service is within Malaysia that includes Sabah & Sarawak and we use courier service like Grab, Lalamove or our own driver to deliver. Please refer to our Areas of Coverage:

Yes. The Merchant Originated Secure Electronic Transaction (MOSET) is technology used to secure online credit card transactions. We are guaranteed by epay Asia for every onlince transaction via its payment gateway.
For order that pay via our Online Payment System, you will receive an acknowlegement email from epay Asia to confirm your payment is being successfully accepted and processed.
Shall you find any problem for your order, please notify us upon receive the order immediately as most of our order is perishable. We will either give you a free-replacement or cash refund that equivalent to your order. Any complaints received after 24 hours will not be entertained. If the cancellation orders is done by the customer in less than 48 hours, we will refund 50% of the purchased price ( as we have incurred the cost for getting your flowers for the delivery date). For cancellation order by customer less more than 48 hours we will have transaction charge of 10% of the purchased price, hence the refund is purchasing price less than 10% . The refund will be at the discretion of Petalbees Florists & Gifts.
