Delivery Policy
Petabees's Policy for local order states that we will make flower arrangements of your order in accordance to the one you chose from the internet using the type, shape, size and colour as per the order specifications. In the case where a specific flower type or colour is unavailable within the given time frame of delivery, substitutions may be made within the arrangement to achieve the same overall shape, style and colour effect and to ensure that the order is delivered on time.
Regional Delivery Policy (Out of Klang Valley and throughout Malaysia)
Petalbees reserves the right to make fair and reasonable substitutions according to the availability of specific flower types. Petalbees also reserves the right to not accept any responsibility for the business conduct of our affiliate florists as they are answerable to us only to a certain extent. We will however, make sure that all regional orders will be fulfilled in accordance to our customer's order requests and arrangements as shown in our website.
Petabees's Policy for Regional Order states that our affiliate florists will make flower arrangements of your order in accordance to the one you chose from the internet using the type, shape, size and colour as per the order specifications. In the case where a specific flower type or colour is unavailable within the given time frame of delivery, substitutions may be made within the arrangement to achieve the same overall shape, style and colour effect and to ensure that the order is delivered on time. Order must be placed at least one day in advance excluding Sunday, Public Holidays before the desired delivery time.
Delivery During Peak Season
During the Peak / Festive Season e.g. Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Hari Raya, Christmans, Chinese New Year, kindly place your order Two(2) days in advance. However, delivery outside Klang Valley, order at least Three (3) days in advance.
Due to the higher demand than usual during Peak/Festive season, we will try to accomadate your special time request as practical as we can. Otherwise, delivery will be made within the delivery date .

Delivery Issues
|
For flowers that cant be delivered due to unavailability of the recipient or refusal to accept when we deliver..It is considered as order has been FULFILLED, SOLD and CLOSED DEAL as goods are perishable and the cost of labor,time, delivery have been incurred. |
Re-delivery
Addtional charge will be imposed based on the location for flowers redelivery or re-route to any new address.
Cancellations order (Festive seasons) We do not accept any cancellations order during festive seasons or special days ie. Valentine's day , Mother's Day, Hari Raya, Chinese New Year etc... Local and overseas growers will increase prices during this time, hence, all prices will be adjusted for delivery during this period. In order to cope with heavy orders, we have to order and get the stock earlier from suppliers to meet our deadlines, thus our cost would have been incurred at the time we receive your order |
Refund Policy
Should you find any problem with your order, please notify us upon receipt of the order as most of our order is perishable. We will either give you a free-replacement or cash refund equivalent to your order. Any complaints received after 24 hours will not be entertained. If a cancellation order is done by the customer in less than 48 hours, we will refund 50% of the purchase price (as we have incurred cost in getting your flowers for the delivery date). For cancellation orders made more than 48 hours we will charge transaction fee of 5% from the purchased price. Cancellation of urgent orders (same-day or next-day delivery) is not refundable. The refund will be at the discretion of Petalbees Florists & Gifts.

1. What is your delivery policy?
Weekdays
- Any order received before 10.30am, the delivery will be made on the same day.
- Any order received after 10.30am, we will try to deliver on the same day if not the delivery will be made on the following working days.
Weekends & Public Holidays
- Any order received before 10.30am on Saturday, delivery will be made on the same day.
- Any order received after 10.30am on Saturday, we will deliver on the upcoming Monday.
- If your delivery date's fall on Malaysia Public Holidays, the delivery will be made on the next working day.
Operational Hours
- Our operation hours is based on Malaysia local time (GMT +08:00).
Monday - Friday: 9am - 5pm
Saturday : 9am - 12pm (Alternate Saturday Off)
Sunday & Public Holidays : Closed
Important Notice :
The delivery is only for fresh flowers or fruits arrangement (Perishable goods) within Klang Valley, ourstations, Sabah & Sarawak. Delivery for Artificial flowers will require at least 3 working days and we accept orders within Klang Valley only.
Outstation and Overseas order are not acceptable.
2. What are your areas of coverage for delivery service? Our delivery service is within Malaysia that includes Sabah & Sarawak and we use courier service like Grab, Lalamove or our own driver to deliver. Please refer to our Areas of Coverage

4. What are the alternative payment for my order?
- On-line Payment through our secured payment gateway from YCSOFT
- Direct Bank in to our Hong Leong Bank Account , a/c No. 13700007977, payable to Petalbees Florists & Gifts. Please fax the bank in slip to us once you have banked in. Fax No. 603-21647718.

5. Will prices vary during special ocassion? Prices are subject to change for special ocassion, eg; Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and etc.
6. How Secure is your On-Line Payment System? Yes. The Merchant Originated Secure Electronic Transaction (MOSET) is technology used to secure online credit card transactions. We are guaranteed by epay Asia for every onlince transaction via its payment gateway.
7. How do I know if my order placed from your website has been acknowledged? For order that pay via our Online Payment System, you will receive an acknowlegement email from epay Asia to confirm your payment is being successfully accepted and processed.
8. What is your refund policy? Shall you find any problem for your order, please notify us upon receive the order immediately as most of our order is perishable. We will either give you a free-replacement or cash refund that equivalent to your order. Any complaints received after 24 hours will not be entertained. If the cancellation orders is done by the customer in less than 48 hours, we will refund 50% of the purchased price ( as we have incurred the cost for getting your flowers for the delivery date). For cancellation order by customer less more than 48 hours we will have transaction charge of 10% of the purchased price, hence the refund is purchasing price less than 10% .
